As any of you who follow me on Twitter will know, I have been up to my neck in University assignments these past few weeks.... but I'm pleased to say that I'm finally on to my last for this semester (hooray)!
Since I finished work on Sunday evening, every hour awake has pretty much been spent doing reading a research ready to write up my theory assignment, and tonight I have finally got my research all done! Just to write the assignment now! As a break this afternoon, I decided to do a little bit of baking because it's not only something I love to do, but I had some bananas that really needed using... so banana cake was calling out for me to make it!
I used a recipe from BBC good food and I must say, it turned out great! Super easy to make and it tastes delicious! Find the recipe here.
