Somehow, tomorrow marks the first day of December... where has this year gone?! Although, I still can't quite believe Christmas has already come round again, I'm super excited for the festive season! I love Christmas, like literally love it; and despite being ridiculously bust with university assignments at the moment, I know that as December draws in I don't have much longer left until everything is handed in and I can finally enjoy this time of year!
So tonight I've decided to do the "Christmas Tag".... here goes!
1. What is your favorite Christmas film?
Miracle on 34th Street... without a doubt! I'm pretty sure I've watched this film every year for as long as I remember! It's just perfect!
2. Have you ever had a White Christmas?
I don't think I've ever had a properly white Christmas... although I'm sure that one year there was a slight dusting of snow on the ground on Christmas day.
3. Where do you usually spend your holiday?
At home with my family. Always.
4. What is your favorite Christmas song?
In Dulci Jubilo - Mike Oldfield
There's a video of me somewhere making up a dance to thing when I was younger! Love it!
5. Do you open any presents on Christmas Eve?
I always used to when I was younger, but for the past few years I've decided to save them all for Christmas day!
6. Can you name all of Santa’s reindeer?
Dancer, Prancer, Donner, Vixen, Rudolph..... I really can't remember any more!
7. What holiday traditions are you looking forward to most this year?
Christmas is changing a lot for me this year, but one thing I can't wait for is to go and fetch my Christmas tree/decorate my house!
8. Is your Christmas tree real or fake?
Real
9. What is your all-time favorite holiday food/sweet treat?
ermmmmm... I love candy canes, but I haven't had one for years (adds them to shopping list)!
10. Be honest: do you like giving gifts or receiving gifts better?
I love giving presents to my family/boyfriend! It's just so great watching them open them after you've spent so long buying them and making them look pretty!
11. What is the best Christmas gift you’ve ever received?
I really can't remember! I've had so many amazing ones over the year! Maybe my DSLR or guitar!
12. What would be your dream place to visit for the holiday season?
New York. That would just be amazing!
13. Are you a pro-present wrapper, or do you fail miserably?
I'm pretty good... not going to lie! I love wrapping presents!
14. Most memorable Holiday moment?
Again... I can't think! Every Christmas when we were younger though, my dad would go downstairs to check santa had been (making us stand waiting excitedly at the top), before we were allowed to go into the living room! It was just such a nice tradition.
15. What made you realize the truth about Santa?
He is real! Christmas is just better when you believe in the magic... so I just like to pretend I know no different!
16. Do you make New Years resolutions? Do you stick to them?
I never really bother! Maybe this year though... we shall see.
17. What makes the holidays special for you?
Just being able to spend quality time with all the people I love most. I think that is by far the best bit about Christmas!
