Recently I’ve been really getting into cooking a lot more.
I’ve always been one to enjoy baking and making deserts, but savoury dishes
have never been my forte. After doing slimming world earlier in the year and
just generally trying to live a healthier lifestyle I gained a somewhat
substantial amount of recipes….. many of which have now become favourites.
One I particularly love is this Teriyaki Chicken recipe I
discovered hidden in a Slimming World Magazine a couple of months back. Now,
I’m no longer partaking in that particular diet, however the dish is still
perfect for everyday life. Being so quick and easy to make it’s a great one for
after work, and can so simply be made for one person or a group.
