An Old Favourite!

Back in my teenage years I used the Clean and Clear Deep Cleansing Lotion religiously every evening, but somewhere along the line it dropped out of my skin care routine... and to be honest, I have no clue why because it's fabulous.

I was never the 'spotty teenage'. When I was younger, I didn't really experience skin troubles - I had the odd blemish here and there, but nothing too terrible. However more recently, my skin has become a lot worse, and I seem to get bigger breakouts far more often, and it's very rare that I feel my skin looks 'perfect'.

Now, I'm not saying that my great teenage skin was due to this product, because I have no clue whether that statement is true or not; however I've decide to reintroduce this bad boy back into my nighttime skincare routine to see if it makes a difference.

After removing my makeup using either the Liz Earle Cleanse and Polish, or a Micellar water of some description, I then pour some of this little blue liquid onto a cotton pad and gentle wipe it all over my face, repeating until the cotton pad is finally clean after use.

Now this stuff literally gets dirt out of your skin that you didn't even know was still there! You may think you're getting all your makeup off in that first step, but using this deep cleansing liquid has made me realise just how much rubbish is still stuck deep down in your pores even when your face looks clean on the surface.

I've only started using this again more recently, so I can't really comment yet as to whether it's making a difference or not, however I love how fresh and clean my skin feels after using this product, and I'm definitely going to stick by it for the foreseeable future and report back once I've given it a better go!
